General Provisions
This agreement supersedes previous contracts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cyan Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice. Users continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
Service Eligibility
Users must use the application responsibly and lawfully. Threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content is prohibited. Users cannot attempt to access other users login credentials or accounts. Users must be at least 18 years old.
Pricing & Payment
Prices vary by service provider and are displayed before booking. Payment is required at appointment scheduling. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Mada (Saudi Riyals). Users must provide accurate billing information.
Cancellation & Refunds
Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs 6+ hours before the appointment, if the provider no-shows without notice, or if technical app errors occur. No refunds for early session termination or post-completion. Bank refunds take 21-30 business days.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property belongs to Andromeda IT Company, including text, graphics, software, images, video, and music.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Saudi Arabian law. The company requests 30 days to resolve complaints before proceeding to binding arbitration.
